All metallic components are either made in aluminum, or are oil annealed or zinc plated before powder coating.  Plastic components are heat and UV resistant, protecting the stair lift from color fading and ambient heat damage.

The LIFETIME WARRANTY applies to the ENTIRE gearbox/motor assembly of the Stairlift - not just the gearbox. This is the heart of the entire unit. It is virtually the only moving part of the state-of-the-art

The Class-Leading gearbox and main chassis on the our stair lift are manufactured from die-cast aluminium due to its inherent advantages.

All other parts/components of the stair lift assembly are covered by a comprehensive bumper-to-bumper warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt.

What the warranty covers

•  All and any parts that are defective, because of faulty manufacture for a period of 12 months from the date of shipping of the goods.
•  The stairlift motor and gearbox if defective, because of faulty manufacture for the period during which you own the stairlift.

What the warranty does not cover

• Damage to parts caused by misuse or neglect of the equipment.
•  Consumable items, namely the stairlift batteries and remote control batteries.
•  Reasonable wear and tear.
• Labor charges.
• Damage caused in shipping (unless that damage is reported to ACCESS, LLC by telephone within 24 hours of receipt of the goods).

Warranty notes

In no event will the warranty liability exceed the price paid for the product, from direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product or any accompanying documentation.

• ACCESS, LLC does not offer refunds for any product.
• ACCESS, LLC reserves the right to repair or replace equipment at its discretion.
